Key Responsibilities

  • Coordination: Lead human-centric cyber security research activities, building networks across teams and representing the organization at relevant events.
  • Collaboration: Partner with researchers and stakeholders to integrate human-centric principles into cyber security solutions and projects.
  • Consultancy: Provide expert advice and insights into the psychological aspects of cyber security, ensuring knowledge transfer across the organisation.

Requirements

Academic

  • Must Have: PhD or Master's in Human-Centric Cyber Security or related fields.
  • Must Have: Strong academic research background, with expertise in cyber psychology or the use of biases in cyber contexts.
  • Advantage: Additional professional training or certifications in cyber security.

Experience

  • Must Have: Experience in research, innovation, and/or solution development.
  • Advantage: Demonstrated expertise in applying human-centric approaches to cyber security challenges.

Research Skills

  • Must Have: Excellent report writing, presentation, and communication skills in English.
  • Advantage: A track record of academic publications or research contributions in human-centric cyber security.

Technical Expertise

  • Advantage: Familiarity with human-computer interaction, behavioural analytics, or the integration of psychological principles into cyber security solutions.
