As COO of group brands, Pavan is directly responsible for sales performance and operational efficiencies within our companies. With his meticulous approach to detail Pavan is instrumental in eyeing talent to shape our teams, enhancing careers through effective L&D and improving our customer experience through the advancement and execution of our service offerings.

Matthew Sykes

Head of L&D and Systems

Matthew is responsible for the continued advancement of Learning & Development activities at Conexus, as well as overseeing all of our internal systems. He operates our Academy Training programme in our specially-designed training facility, currently comprising over 50 modules, to ensure our consultants are the best they can be.Matthew ensures Conexus have a finger on the pulse when reacting to changes in the market and that the experience provided by our consultants is world-class.

Connor Wall

Founder & Global Managing Director

With a wealth of experience in DX Talent Solutions on a global scale, Connor connected his knowledge with his desire to create a globally dominant recruitment business by co-founding Conexus with Dale. As Global MD, Connor is the main point of contact for our client base of start-up, scaling and enterprise clients across five continents. Leading on commercial revenues and headcount growth, Connor leads our international expansion.

Dale is a co-founder of Conexus and established the brand in late 2019 with the aim of establishing the world's leading Digital Transformation talent consultancy. As CEO of the Recolution Group, Dale has founded and scaled multiple successful recruitment businesses. In his role as CEO of Conexus he drives our expansion, ensuring a best-in-class working environment and platform for our teams while implementing growth and investment strategies that enable us to scale at speed.

Kevin Evans

Chief Financial Officer

Kevin spent more than 10 years’ working in private practice before becoming Finance Director for an international medical supplies and property development business.With expertise and passion in fast growth, he has worked with some of south Wales' most dynamic businesses.

Yoanna Adaneva

Finance Manager

As Conexus' Finance Manager, Yoanna works with Kevin Evans on the financial aspects of the company's operations, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Yoanna plays a pivotal role in driving financial decision-making and optimising the company's financial performance for sustainable growth and success.

Sodira Holmes

HR & People Officer

Sodira acts as Conexus' facilities and office manager, working across our different office spaces. Her role also includes PA duties to directors and managers and she works closely on our HR processes while offering admin support across the business.
