Your Role
As the Global Process Owner for SAP TPM, you will play a key role in shaping and optimizing business processes, ensuring their alignment with organizational goals. You'll oversee the governance, enhancement, and implementation of cutting-edge TPM solutions, working closely with regional teams and stakeholders worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the governance, improvement, and deployment of the SAP TPM solution to ensure operational excellence.
  • Define and implement global process standards, aligning with both short- and long-term business objectives.
  • Collaborate with regional process owners and key user communities to monitor and adapt processes to evolving business needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging tools and systems to enable greater process automation.
  • Act as the primary escalation contact for process-related challenges across all regions.
  • Evaluate and approve/reject requirement requests, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and safeguarding the global template.
  • Support global teams in achieving best-in-class TPM solutions through effective communication and change management.


What You Bring:

  • Experience: Over 5 years of experience in sales process management, with a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end processes, from execution to planning.
  • Knowledge: Functional expertise in SAP OTC processes, particularly in pricing, accruals, and settlements, alongside familiarity with promotion and account planning.
  • Skills: Strong stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills developed in a multinational environment.
  • Initiative: A track record of driving process improvements, introducing new KPIs, and shaping innovative solutions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SAP OTC and a solid understanding of SAP BTP.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Education: A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.
