Conexus have partnered with a global consultancy who are searching for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Lead consultant to work on a long term project based in Madrid, Spain.
Requirements for the role:
- 5+ years of experience implementing and customizing SAP SuccessFactors solutions, with a focus on Employee Central.
- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession & Development, Learning, and Recruiting.
- Experience leading end-to-end implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
6 month initial contracts prior to further extensions.
