Finance Transformation Program Manager (P2P) - S/4HANA Greenfield | 6-Month Contract | Poznań

The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Finance Transformation Program Manager to lead a P2P (Procure-to-Pay) transformation as part of a global S/4HANA Greenfield implementation. You will be responsible for defining and driving the program strategy, ensuring smooth finance process integration in a complex international trading environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the P2P finance transformation strategy within the S/4HANA Greenfield project
- Drive process alignment across global finance teams, ensuring seamless ERP integration
- Manage senior stakeholders across finance, procurement, and IT
- Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring successful program delivery
- Work onsite in Poznań (3 days per week) with international teams
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Program Manager in finance transformation projects
- Strong P2P process expertise within an international trading environment
- Background in S/4HANA, SAP, MS AX, or similar ERP systems
- Fluent in Polish & English (mandatory)
- Retail/FMCG experience is highly desirable
