SAP Cutover Lead
Location: Remote (Occasional travel in EU)
Duration: 12-month contract

The Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP Cutover Lead to join a global consumer goods company on a high-profile transformation program. You will be responsible for overseeing and executing the end-to-end cutover strategy, ensuring seamless transition across multiple workstreams at a global scale.
This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic oversight, working with cross-functional teams to deliver a smooth and risk-mitigated cutover process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the SAP cutover strategy, aligning it with business and project objectives
- Manage multi-workstream cutovers at a global scale, ensuring smooth transitions
- Lead and coordinate the cutover team, including managers and consultants
- Engage with key stakeholders across business and technical teams to drive alignment
- Identify and mitigate cutover risks, ensuring minimal business disruption
- Oversee resource allocation, ensuring personnel, tools, and budgets are effectively managed
- Monitor cutover performance, using KPIs to track progress and improvements
- Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and industry standards
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as an SAP Cutover Lead in large-scale, multi-workstream global programs
- Strong background in cutover planning, risk management, and execution
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
- Extensive SAP cutover management experience including ECC to S4 brownfield migration expertise
- Ability to manage complex cross-functional teams in a high-pressure environment
