Conexus are partnered with a global Big 4 Consulting client, that are currently expanding their SAP practice across Belgium. On that basis, we are searching for a SAP Environment, Health & Safety Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
Please note, this position is only available to those with the right to work in the EU.
As an SAP EHS Manager, you will:
- Lead the implementation of the SAP Environment, Health & Safety module, helping clients manage processes, ensure regulatory compliance, reduce risks, and improve safety performance.
- Drive integration of SAP EHS with other modules such as Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), and Quality Management (QM) to deliver comprehensive solutions for managing EHS processes.
- Provide expertise in end-to-end implementation, focusing on sustainability reporting and integration with manufacturing processes.
- Manage project tasks including agile project management, exploration, implementation, training, and improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to thought leadership by exploring new functionalities and extending knowledge within the organisation.
- Coach and train junior colleagues, client staff, and end users.
- Take on more strategic responsibilities as you progress in your role, with opportunities to develop leadership skills and grow your career.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 5 years of experience implementing the SAP EHS module, including sub-components such as Product Safety, Dangerous Goods Management, Industrial Hygiene and Safety, Waste Management, and more.
- A solid understanding of SAP EHS integration with modules like MM, PP, QM, and HR.
- Experience managing and migrating data related to EHS, including hazardous substance data and compliance documentation.
- Skills in creating reports and dashboards to monitor EHS performance and compliance.
- Project management experience or a strong interest in developing these skills, with the ability to manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication.
- A passion for coaching and mentoring others while growing your leadership abilities.
- Flexibility to work in an international environment and willingness to travel abroad if required.
- A university degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus).
- EU citizenship or the right to live and work in Belgium.
