About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP Programme Manager/Director to lead and deliver complex projects focused on the data aspects of SAP transformations. This role involves overseeing critical data migration, integration, and related activities while collaborating with international stakeholders to ensure project success. You'll play a significant role in executing high-impact projects, managing relationships with SAP, and driving expansion strategies within existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Delivery - Lead the execution of SAP data transformation projects, focusing on data migration, integration, and system harmonisation.
- Stakeholder Management - Align and engage with stakeholders across large-scale, international organisations to ensure project goals are met.
- Customer Interaction - Articulate project plans and progress to customers, ensuring a clear understanding of deliverables and timelines.
- SAP Relationship Management - Manage and maintain a productive working relationship with SAP to support project success.
- Account Growth - Collaborate with the sales team to execute expansion strategies within existing accounts, identifying opportunities to up-sell where relevant.
- Team Collaboration - Work effectively with cross-functional, global teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Execution Focus - Prioritise project execution over sales, maintaining a strong customer-first approach.
Skills & Experience Required
- Extensive experience in delivering projects centred around SAP data aspects, including data migration and integration.
- Proven ability to articulate and manage project plans, communicating effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Strong track record of aligning stakeholders in large-scale organisations with international and cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing relationships with SAP or similar vendors.
- Ability to balance project execution with strategic account growth initiatives.
- Exceptional problem-solving and organisational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain trust with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in a consulting environment or working with global enterprise clients.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and related SAP technologies.
- Understanding of data governance, transformation methodologies, and tools.
