Job description

Conexus are currently partnered with a global Big 4 Consulting firm, that are aggressively hiring to increase their SAP capabilities in 2025. On that basis, we are searching for SAP Managers & Senior Consultants, with strong experience in SAP Cloud to join them on a permanent basis in Belgium.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage the implementation of SAP cloud technologies, including SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Cloud, and SAC.
  • Advise clients on cloud migration strategies, hybrid environments, and system integration.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in SAP configuration and implementation, offering hands-on guidance where needed.
  • Leverage your expertise in a functional domain (e.g., finance, sales, logistics, or manufacturing) to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Lead SAP cloud implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery that meets business needs and client expectations.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their cloud strategies, translating requirements into impactful SAP solutions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and fostering strong, long-term relationships.
  • Oversee project planning, budgeting, and risk management to deliver high-quality results.
  • Mentor and develop a team of consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Support your team with training and guidance to ensure their success in SAP cloud projects.

What you have:

  • 6+ years of experience in SAP implementation, with a strong focus on cloud solutions.
  • Proven track record in managing SAP projects, particularly in cloud environments like SAP S/4HANA Cloud and SAP BTP.
  • Experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP cloud technologies, including SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Cloud, and SAC
  • Exceptional project management skills, with expertise in managing scope, timelines, budgets, and risks.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities, with experience managing teams and engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Dutch or French is required.
