Job description
Conexus is partnered with a Global Consulting Company looking for a skilled Databricks Data Engineer with 7+ years of experience to design, develop, and optimise data pipelines on AWS.
This role requires strong expertise in Databricks for ETL, Data Build Tool (mandatory), and Lakehouse architecture while following best practices in DevOps and CI/CD.
This position will be a 6-12-month initial contract, working primarily remotely with rare travel to the client site in Helsinki.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimise ETL pipelines using Databricks, Python, and Data Build Tool.
- Implement data transformations and workflows with Airflow for orchestration.
- Work with AWS CDK (Python) and Terraform for infrastructure automation.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines and version control using GitLab SCM.
- Ensure data quality and integrity using industry-standard best practices.
