Conexus is sourcing for a Business Analyst to support our global client in building a cloud-native, service-oriented internal platform that accelerates the development and delivery of software products to address the energy sector's significant challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct business research to understand customer needs and usage patterns.
- Gather and document user requirements and draft detailed product specifications.
- Contribute to the development of high-level user journeys, Epics, and Features.
- Support product owners in managing and refining the product backlog.
- Facilitate the scoping of functionality and guide the team in breaking down complex projects into manageable tasks and user stories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive product delivery.
Profile Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Analyst.
- Understanding of cluster management technologies, including Kubernetes and CI/CD workflows.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and tools like GitLab.
- Experience with hybrid cloud environments and associated challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong documentation skills, proactive in knowledge sharing, and committed to maintaining high standards of detail and organization.
