Job Title
Supply Chain Network Planner, Northern Ireland (Remote Position)
You will be working for a global health care business that provide medical services to over 100 countries. Through their cutting-edge technologies within cardiology, cell therapy & medical products, they strive to be of irreplaceable value to patients & medical professionals alike.
This is a hybrid role within a commutable distance from Belfast. The role will predominantly involve remote working with monthly visits to their manufacturing site.

This is what you'll be doing

  • Network Design & Optimisation: Develop and optimise the supply chain network, including warehouse locations, transportation routes, and inventory strategies to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations.
  • Data Analysis & Forecasting: Analyse historical data, market trends, and sales forecasts to predict demand and plan supply chain activities accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with procurement, logistics, production, and sales teams to align supply chain strategies with business goals.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies to ensure continuity and reliability.
  • Cost Management: Monitor and control supply chain costs, identifying opportunities for savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the supply chain network and drive continuous improvement.
  • Technology Integration: Leverage advanced tools and technologies, such as supply chain management software and data analytics, to enhance network planning and decision-making processes.


This is what you'll bring to the team

  • Experience in supply chain planning, logistics, or a related role.
  • Strong analytic skills with experience in data analysis, forecasting, and optimisation.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA) and advanced Excel.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will be energetic & self-motivated.
