Senior / Principle Recruitment Consultant - 360 Permanent Cardiff - £30,000 - £40,000 + Commission + market leading benefits.

What We Seek in a Recruitment Consultant:
We are looking for individuals with:
- Proven Recruitment Experience: A solid track record of delivering results within one of our core markets (SAP, Salesforce, Data & Analytics Cyber Security & Software Engineering) is certainly preferable although other tech recruitment backgrounds would certainly be transferable.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, exceptional negotiation skills and build and maintain relationships.
- Results-driven mindset: A strong work ethic with a focus on achieving goals.
- Independence and Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
