We're seeking a passionate and experienced Lead SAP Basis Applications and Services to join or leading client in Zurich. In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping the future SAP landscape, driving scalable digital solutions and overseeing a team of skilled professionals.

- Lead a team responsible for managing a diverse system landscape consisting of 70+ SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Utilise your technical SAP expertise to drive innovation and optimisation projects.
- Coordinate various technical aspects including system copies, migrations, patches, updates, upgrades, and more.
- Play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational development of the department and supported applications.
- Ensure seamless governance of the Business Technology Platform, in collaboration with the DCI team.
- Define and uphold Service Level Agreements, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Keep abreast of the latest SAP technologies, ensuring [Company Name Redacted] remains at the cutting edge.
We're Looking for Skills Like Yours:
- A background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, coupled with 10+ years of experience.
- Extensive expertise as an SAP basis expert, ideally within the SAP S/4HANA environment.
- Demonstrated experience in SAP technical project management, including major upgrade projects and cloud migration.
- Strong analytical skills, a structured approach to work, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Exceptional leadership abilities, with a proven track record of effective decision-making and implementation.
- Proficiency in Service Delivery Management, including coordination with external service partners.
- Proven experience in maintaining stable systems in a complex, international environment.
- Security expertise, particularly in the field of SAP and authentication methods.
- Familiarity with archiving and data tiering is a plus.
