Conexus have partnered with a global company within the healthcare sector to source a Salesforce TPM (Trade Promotion Management) Consultant with Testing Experience.
6-month initial contract with probable extensions | Full Remote Working
Responsibilities:
- Configure Salesforce TPM to align with business requirements, ensuring seamless integration.
- Customize Salesforce functionalities to enhance trade promotion processes.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts using Jira.
- Perform manual and automated tests to ensure the functionality and performance of Salesforce TPM solutions.
- Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with development teams for resolution.
- Lead TPM-related projects from conception to deployment, ensuring timely and within-scope completion.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented Salesforce TPM solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve TPM-related issues and maintain system documentation.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce TPM, including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Proven experience in testing and quality assurance, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools.
- 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce, including 3+ years focused on TPM.
- Background in trade promotion processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Preferred certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Advanced Administrator.
- Knowledge of SQL and data management principles is desirable.
