This position focuses on managing SAP SuccessFactors, driving key international projects, and ensuring the successful deployment and support of the ERP system across the company's global operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert support and configure key SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance, Recruitment, etc.).
- Lead global implementation projects, ensuring smooth deployments across international locations.
- Contribute to system architecture design and ensure optimal system performance.
- Analyze and manage incidents, ensuring timely resolutions to minimize disruptions.
- Collaborate with business and HR teams to translate needs into system requirements.
- Develop project plans and maintain documentation, staying updated on industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
