Job Title: Network Support Analyst - Field based
Location: North Wales, United Kingdom
Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Network Support Analyst to cover multiple sites across North Wales. The ideal candidate will have a good understand of network concepts, end user support and user acceptance testing for applications..
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure applications are running effectively across a number of devices running on the customers SD WAN network.
- Performing user acceptance testing
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues
- Monitor network performance and ensure optimal operation.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on new SD-WAN systems
Requirements:
- Computer Science or Network related degree
- Strong knowledge of basic network concepts
- Understanding of Cisco based network products
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
This position would be a good fit for a recent graduate or IT support professional with a good understanding of networking concepts that is customer focused and available to travel to multiple client sites across the region. You will need a full driving license and your own transport to be considered for this project,
