Are you an experienced Cutover & Hypercare Lead with a passion for driving successful SAP implementations?
We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our clinets team, with an initial focus on Bangalore or Manila, followed by EMEA regions. This role will require at least 50% travel and offers an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale projects with global impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Cutover Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the customer to plan and execute cutover activities for SAP workstreams. Your experience in leading cutover for large-scale SuccessFactors (SF) implementations will be invaluable.
Hypercare Management: Lead the Hypercare phase for three months post go-live, ensuring smooth transition and continued support.
Collaborative Planning: Work closely with the project team to develop and refine cutover and hypercare plans, ensuring all activities are meticulously organised and executed.
Global Coverage: Provide round-the-clock coverage during periods of high demand. Collaborate with counterparts in other regions to model and maintain this coverage.
Skillset Required:
- Project Manager/Solution Architect: Expertise in project management and solution architecture, with a strong track record in SAP and SF implementations.
