Conexus are currently working with a global market-leading software development company based In the US, to source SuccessFactors specialists for an exciting new project running until January 2026.
We are looking for an SAP Success Factors Consultant to join them to support their implementation of Time Management.
Description:
- Leading design workshops and extensively documenting requirements and gaps.
- Developing and documenting solution designs.
- Performing configuration, development, and rigorous unit testing.
- Creating specification documents for technical development tasks.
- Contributing insights to testing and training scope and execution.
- Effectively resolving defects during testing phases.
- Providing accurate estimates for ongoing and proposed work.
- Offering regular updates to work stream leadership.
- Identifying, resolving, and escalating issues and risks as necessary.
What you should bring:
- Proven experience in functional consulting within Success Factors, with a focus on Time Management.
- At least 1 end to end implementation project.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
