We are hiring for an SAP Service Delivery Consultant to join our clients SAP Operate team, a specialised group within their SAP practice dedicated to providing application management, continuous improvement, and innovation services to their clients. They build lasting relationships with their clients IT and business teams, helping them maximise the value of their SAP applications, optimise performance, and manage service needs efficiently.

As an SAP Service Delivery Consultant, you will:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers facing technical issues, ensuring their satisfaction through prompt and effective solutions.
• Lead the development and execution of maintenance, enhancement, and innovation strategies in SAP Finance, Procurement, and/or Sales.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, external partners, and cross-functional teams to devise comprehensive solutions for business and technical challenges. You will coordinate with their nearshore and offshore teams to manage incidents, service requests, change requests, and continuous improvement activities.
• Contribute to the enhancement of customer applications by participating in testing, maintaining documentation, facilitating knowledge transfer, and providing training.

This role offers a unique opportunity to deepen your expertise in an SAP functional area, work closely with key client stakeholders, and understand their business processes in-depth. You'll also have the potential to grow into a Service Delivery Manager role. Occasional travel may be required.

About You: To thrive as a Consultant in the team, you should have:

• At least 5 years of experience in SAP Finance, Procurement, and/or Sales, with a solid grasp of the associated SAP processes.
• Fluency in English and either French or Dutch.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• A Master's degree, preferably in Business or Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Economics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach to diagnosing and resolving issues.
• The ability to work both collaboratively in a team and independently to achieve results.
• Proactivity, a self-starter attitude, and the initiative to propose solutions that enhance application reliability and quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Flexibility to occasionally work outside regular business hours to accommodate client needs.
• Previous experience in SAP application management.
• Knowledge of ABAP, integrations, Fiori, ITIL processes, and cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with other SAP modules and certifications in SAP modules.
• Ambition to grow professionally while contributing to the success of our clients.
