Job Title: SAP S/4 HANA Service Manager

Position Overview:
As a Manager within the SAP Digital Transformation team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering business transformation programs, focusing on Service Management. Your expertise will cover key areas such as customer interactions, preventive maintenance, in-house repairs, and field service operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and integration of SAP S/4HANA Service solutions, driving projects from blueprinting through to go-live.
  • Manage project teams, ensuring alignment with broader strategies and effective resource utilisation across borders and business units.
  • Utilise your domain expertise in Service Management to guide and mentor your team, translating complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
  • Engage in change management, end-user support, and training to ensure the successful adoption of new systems.
  • Contribute to the global growth of the SAP Service practice by coaching junior consultants and sharing best practices.


About You:

  • Minimum 6 years in S/4 HANA Service implementation within a consulting firm or similar role, with experience managing small to medium-sized teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for knowledge sharing.
  • Fluent in Dutch and/or French with a high level of proficiency in English.
  • EU citizenship and a valid driving license in Belgium.


Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud Service, SAP Field Service Management, and SAP Service Cloud.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and SAP Activate.
  • Knowledge of additional SAP modules (MM, FICO, LE, GTS) and integration with SAP or non-SAP solutions.
