Job description
Conexus is partnered with a Global Consulting Partner to source a highly skilled SAP FICO Consultant with experience in General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Payable / Receivable and S/4HANA Cash Management on a 12-month initial contract on a primarily remote working basis with rare travel required in Finland.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and customisation of SAP FICO modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide expert advice on best practices for SAP FICO processes and configurations.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure system integrity.
- Mentor junior consultants and oversee project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding of SAP FICO functionality.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and project progress.
Mandatory Skills:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in SAP FICO consulting and implementation.
- Proven leadership experience in managing SAP FICO projects and teams.
- In-depth understanding of Financial and Controlling process areas, including Enterprise structure, General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Payable and Receivable, S4 HANA Cash Management, SAP In-house cash (IHC), SAP FSCM, Asset accounting, Tax and Statutory reporting, Intercompany accounting, Profit Centre accounting, Cost Centre accounting, Product costing, Material Ledger, Profitability Analysis, and Margin Analysis.
- Strong cross-functional understanding with PP, MM, SD, and PS.
- Fiori apps usage and understanding.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- SAP FICO certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of Electronic document Framework is a plus.
