About the Role:
You will be working for a leading global life sciences company, committed to innovation, operational excellence, and delivering top-tier solutions to their clients.
They are undergoing a transformation to enhance their supply chain capabilities, and are looking for an experienced SAP EWM Business Process Architect to lead the way in optimising their warehouse management operations.
This is a full time & remote position, reporting to the HQ in Germany. There will be some travel planned to the French manufacturing sites according to project needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of SAP EWM solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to analyse current processes, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.
- Develop and maintain end-to-end SAP EWM architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
- Configure and customise SAP EWM modules, including Warehouse Structure, Inbound/Outbound Processes, Yard Management, Labor Management, and RF Framework.
- Lead workshops and training sessions with key users to ensure seamless system adoption.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the integration of SAP EWM with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
- Provide technical guidance and oversight during testing phases, ensuring system performance, data accuracy, and user acceptance.
- Support post-go-live activities, providing troubleshooting and continuous process improvement.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP EWM, including configuration, implementation, and support.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, particularly in warehouse and inventory management.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and its integration with EWM.
- Proven ability to design and document complex business processes and system architectures.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
