Job Title: SAP Cutover Manager (EU)
Location: Hybrid (Travel to Switzerland Required)
Contract Type: 6-Month Initial Contract
About the Role:
A global FMCG company is undergoing a major transformation, migrating from ECC to S/4 HANA. We are seeking an experienced SAP Cutover Manager to oversee the end-to-end system transition and ensure business continuity during this critical phase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute the transition from ECC to S/4 HANA, ensuring a seamless cutover.
- Manage the shutdown of legacy systems and successful implementation of the new platform within tight timelines.
- Ensure business continuity throughout the migration, mitigating risks and resolving challenges.
- Lead test management to ensure the new system is operational and aligned with business requirements.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and align deliverables.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a SAP Cutover Manager, ideally with system transitions to S/4 HANA.
- Expertise in business continuity planning and test management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Background in the FMCG sector is a significant advantage.
- Flexibility to travel to Switzerland as part of the role.
