Role Overview:
We are seeking a German-speaking (B2+) OCM Consultant for a 6-month contract. This role is primarily remote, but with occasional travel for key meetings or workshops (fully expensed). You will play a critical role in leading organisational change initiatives, helping our client navigate complex transformations and ensuring smooth transitions within the Retail, Consumer Goods, and Logistics sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement change management strategies that drive adoption, minimise resistance, and optimise organisational performance.
- Partner with stakeholders to assess the impact of changes on processes, systems, and culture.
- Design and deliver effective change management frameworks, including communication, training, and user support strategies.
- Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, adjusting plans as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align change efforts with overall business goals.
Key Requirements:
- Fluent German speaker (B2+ or higher).
- Proven experience in Organisational Change Management within the Retail, Consumer Goods, or Logistics sectors.
- Strong understanding of change methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for key meetings or workshops (travel expenses covered).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
