Conexus is currently partnered with a Global Consulting Partner to source a Microsoft CRM Architect on a primarily remote working position based in Spain on a 6-12-month initial contract.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify best-fit architectural solutions for Dynamics CE modules.
- Develop application designs and provide support/guidance to project teams on complex coding, issue resolution, and execution.
- Responsible for the overall design, implementation, deployment, and adoption of Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
- Provide strategic road mapping and mentor clients and delivery teams.
- Drive the adoption of new features and technologies within the Microsoft platform, acting as a subject matter expert (SME) for both technical and functional solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to a range of stakeholders.
Skills/Competencies:
- Experience in end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 CE modules - Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, and Field Service.
- Strong understanding of D365 CE Data model.
- Knowledge of CRM development/customization including workflows, plugins, and integrations with other systems through various technologies like Azure integration services (Azure functions, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus).
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture and its interaction with other interfaced systems in a typical enterprise environment.
- Experience in architecting cloud and on-premises solutions including identity, API management, integration, and data migration.
- Experience in data migration from third-party applications into Dynamics 365 CE applications.
