Job description
Conexus are seeking an experienced and innovative GCP Data Architect to join an international food and beverage manufacturer in France on an initial 12-month contract, As a GCP Data Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing robust data solutions on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data architecture, cloud technologies, and a proven track record of successfully delivering scalable and efficient data solutions.
Responsibilities:
Data Architecture Design: Develop and design scalable and efficient data architectures on GCP to meet business requirements.
Cloud Platform Expertise: Leverage deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform services such as BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage, and others to architect and implement data solutions.
Data Modeling, Data Integration, Performance Optimisation, Security and Compliance, Collaboration with stakeholders, Recording documentation are all important parts of the position.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in data architecture with a focus on cloud platforms, including at least 2 years of hands-on experience with GCP.
GCP Certification: GCP Professional Data Engineer certification is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in designing and implementing data solutions on GCP.
- Experience with the following technology is preferred: GCP, Talend, Qliksense, BigQuery, PowerBI.
- Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration.
- Familiarity with data security and compliance best practices.
