Job Title: Interim Business Intelligence Consultant/Lead (Microsoft Power Platform)
Contract Duration: 3 Months (Immediate Start)
Location: Remote / Hybrid (as required)
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Lead to join our client for a 3-month interim contract. The role will focus on developing and maintaining the charity's reporting and Business Intelligence solutions, including automated reporting, dashboards, and end-to-end business processes using the Microsoft Power Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions to ensure robust and fit-for-purpose data insights.
- Work with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver automated reporting and Business Intelligence solutions.
- Compose complex SQL queries and manage the data cleansing process to maintain high-quality and secure data.
- Technically lead IT-related projects, ensuring seamless integration and data flow between systems.
- Develop and implement processes for streamlining workflows and improving organisational reporting efficiency.
- Utilise key platforms such as Power BI, Power Query, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Dynamics to deliver impactful solutions.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong expertise in developing dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Query).
- Proven experience in SQL query composition and data management.
- Ability to interrogate and analyse data to influence organisational strategy.
- Experience leading IT-related projects and providing end-user training.
- Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with Raiser's Edge and Access Group products.
- Knowledge of GDPR compliance and IT policy development.
